Requesting information, a fit call, or a product demo is free and creates no obligation to purchase. Access to the Helix Reports platform, including https://reports.helixreports.com, is governed by a separate written subscription agreement between Helix Reports and the customer, which controls over these Terms for platform use.

You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a request. If you submit information on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Helix Reports offers an optional customer care text messaging program to people who request information at https://helixreports.com/request-information.

• Opt-in: you opt in only by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the request information form. Providing a phone number, submitting the form without checking the box, visiting the website, or calling us does not constitute consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Program description: customer care messages about your information request, scheduling and reminders for your fit call and product demo, and account-related updates. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
• Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

• Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
